After completing a tour of the school and meeting with staff members, it only solidified that I was in the right place. I was extremely impressed and eager to attend a class! Hair Academy offers training for students who want to pursue a career in Cosmetology, Professional Barbering and Esthetics.

Hair Academy Cosmetology, Esthetics & Barber School offers the following programs:

Barbering / Cosmetology / Esthetics

Cosmetology

Program Length 1,500 hours
Average Completion 13 months
Program Tuition $21,620

1,500 hours of training in preparation for the Illinois state board exam. Classes include Vidal Sassoon haircutting and coloring, hair design, Martin Parsons' long hair and spa training, and practical salon experience.

Esthetics

Program Length 600 hours
Average Completion 6 months
Program Tuition $9,145

You can become a licensed Esthetician in 3.75 months.
