I’m an instructor with over 27 years experience. This is the most unprofessional school I’ve encountered no structure nor organization ,unsanitary and disorganized in every facet…(undercover Scam don’t waste your money)…Mr Tommy that directs the school obviously has no real experience in the industry , the curriculum they teach is not sufficient to make a TRUE BARBER.

Received the most unprofessional service on October 17, 2023. Colored my hair dark brown and my request was honey blonde, when I expressed that my request was honey blonde I was told the academy did not have the color requested and the instructor was deceptive with stating I told her honey brown, now who requests honey brown I didn't know such color existed, being deceptive. I was told they could not go and buy the color I requested and I could be refunded, now this is after the wrong color was applied without a patch test, if color was unavailable your responsibility is to let the customer know and then I would have exit and not spent three hours of my time. I continuously told the beautician the color appeared to be brown instead of blonde, and she stated "it will turn blonde" . I am very DISSATISFIED with the color and the attitude was sorry, too bad and you just have to live with it. All the students are grooming their own hair and other students hair and there's a lobby full of customers. The attire of the students unbelievable, report to work in bedroom slippers, hair bonnets, flip flops unprofessionally dressed. Let me also note the student beautician was told by instructor to drape me and the student did not know what it meant and questioned instructor by stating "what do you mean drape the customer" that should have been RED flag for me The only explanation the instructors and management could give " this is a school and they do make mistakes' Wow what a hell of excuse for your unprofessionalism. Always remember you get what you pay for. Alway go with first impressions, and your gut feeling. I give a zero rating beware.
