Today I had an amazing esthetician; Kalani. I came in for the hydration facial today and she took her time to explain what each mask and treatment did for my problem areas. I didn’t think I would see an immediate improvement but going in I had so much redness on my cheeks and deal with hormonal acne. After the session the redness was gone, my skin feels so soft and looks glowy. The discoloration on my acne spots was significantly less visible. Working at Ulta I try a lot of different products to better assist customers with recommendations that are first hand so my skin does go through quite a lot and after today’s facial it feels like the reset I’ve been needing for a while. You can immediately tell that Lani is deeply passionate about her work and genuinely cares about her clients. The way she spoke about skincare and her approach made me feel like I was in the hands of someone who not only knows what they’re doing, but truly loves what they do. From the moment the service began, her soft and gentle touch made the experience incredibly relaxing and luxurious. What truly stood out was her attention to details—every step felt intentional and personalized. I left feeling refreshed, glowing, and already looking forward to my next appointment. My experience was lovely here at the G Skin & Beauty Institute! I went in for a layered haircut and got a fantastic haircut as well as an education on how to take care of my curly hair— specifically how to style it on the daily! Thank you to Atty, Miss Sarah, Raven, and Maria for such an involved and wonderful experience. I am definitely coming back. (P.S. - totally forgot to mention that it was only $12!!!).
