I tried booking at the Schaumburg location a few times for myself, my husband and my daughter, but the appointments seemed to get canceled last minute due to lack of students. So I tried the Oak Brook location and it’s the same thing, another last minute canceled appointment. They’re unreliable. Make an appointment elsewhere if you want to get your hair done.

I was serviced today by Irma for a facial and bikini wax and couldn’t be happier! It was my first facial so I didn’t know exactly what to expect, she answered any questions I had and made me feel right at home. The bikini wax was quick and painless. Over all great experience, so good I rebooked for another one in two weeks!
