Came here and my hairdresser was nice however I was charged $25 for 5 beginner braids only at the top of my head (the rest of my head is shaved). That’s the same price as a profesional stylist and it didn’t include a wash or any product. Next time I’ll go to tricoci. Braids were similar to the photo, just straight back no design as I wanted it flat for my wig. You can’t run a business like this charging people more than the salon….

The worst customer service ever.. I was mistreated before I could sit down in the chair.. The gentleman was very nice, the very elderly lady was not nice at all.. First of all I found this school on google. I call and set an appointment, but when I got their the lady acted if she saw a ghost. She was very prejudice and rude, still I smiled and remained cordial.. After I sat in her chair and ask her how much she told me $75. For color and it will be extra for style. She kept insisting on wanting to cut my hair..I said I could have went to a beauty salon for that price. I politely got up & left. The lady didn’t want or know how to do hair in the first place.. Ma’am you were rude & bad for futurama beauty academy.
