Completed the credit requirements and finished my two years, but never received my diploma or my unofficial transcript. For the past two years, I’ve been sent on a goose chase of emails and phone calls trying to get a hold of someone in admissions or graduation. I just want my diploma for the money I paid for and the two years of classes I went through. I’ve even contacted the dean and they did nothing. Now it’s holding me back from transferring to a four-year college so I can get my bachelors. I hope They see this and take action promptly, because at this point, I plan to drive to the university in person and get my diploma.

This school does not care about the learning of it’s students. They canceled my blackboard access right before the holidays while I was in the middle of two courses and it’s been a week and tech support has not called me back with a resolution. I’ve contacted them multiple times and I’m always given the same response. That the technician on the phone cannot help and it will be 24-48 business hours before I will hear back from them. They prevented me from studying for 2 weeks!
