I would like to leave a review specifically about Serenity. I have been wanting to get a facial for months then I reached out to serenity and she was so patient, attentive and helpful in making an appointment with her. Aside from that while I was getting my facial she was talking to me from start to finish about what my skin needs, recommending great products for me to use ( which I am using and it has made a big positive difference ) , and what I can do differently to help avoid the problems and issues I had discussed with her about my skin. I also told her about my eyebrows and she waxed them for me without making it too short, too thin or look unnatural. I have never gotten my eyebrows waxed before so I was scared, and she was so calm and collected while guiding me through what it will be like and how everything will be. I will never stop getting my eyebrows or facials done by her. She really is great and definitely knows what she is doing and how to do it. She is overall understanding and really takes the time to listen to what you have to say and tries to work on things with you to the best of her ability. I can tell she loves what she does and likes to help people achieve what they want and wish for when it comes to taking care of skin or eyebrows. 😅 she really helped me with my skin in the one visit and I will continue to go back to her always. much love to Serenity !!!! 🤍

First time getting a facial ever and it was amazing!! The table was so comfortable I almost fell asleep 😴 I got the express facial and it was super relaxing. My skin feels so clean and it's literally glowing. I really appreciated how accommodating they were with my skin sensitivities. Will definitely be coming back, thank you for a wonderful experience!

Kenzi in the evening class has done my nails twice now. Each time she has gone above and beyond, making it a lovely experience. I love my nails soo much and I've been getting so many compliments! She is definitely my nail girly now 💛
