Before 2020 I frequented Evans a number of times and was on most occasions happy with the service. Today I went in for a haircut and a perm. The wash on my hair was nice. Half way through the rolling of my hair I observed that it was uneven and wonky. I got weird vibes about the process. My hairstylist was a 15-year-old who had only been there for 2 weeks while Miss Evans was across the way doing a haircut and a blowout for someone and there was no oversight to what this 15-year-old stylist was doing on my hair. Needless to say I got out of Dodge!
