I went in asking for a shampoo trim of 1/2 when the student was done she had cut off at least 6 inches. She didn't knew what happened be cause she measured. The worst part was the instructor smiled and said what do you expect for a $8.00 hair cut. One other instructor said she'd talk to the girl.
