Very mixed reviews. I’ve come here 3 times. Each time for my scheduled apt I’ve had to wait 20 mins before I am serviced. Why emphasize the importance of making an apt if clients have to wait that long. 1st time - patch test before getting my hair dyed, the girl was not confident at all and had to keep asking the instructor for instructions at every.single.step of the way. I know they’re students I don’t fault them for that *however* in this step of their training they need to be a bit more prepared. Also the instructors were extremely rude. 2nd time - full head of highlights (wash, blow dry, trim, blow out). Kesha did my hair she did a BEAUTIFUL job. She didn’t dye it just used lightening and gave me exactly what I wanted. She was confident & knew what she was doing. 3rd time - got a pedicure. The water massager wasn’t even on. Not friendly service. She did OKAY - but I would suggest just going to the salon. They look like someone without training did them. I would come back for a hair service but not nails.

Very pleased with the service performed on my daughter and son’s hair; I would recommend anyone with kids or otherwise to make an appointment at this location. I would also like to compliment and recommend Simone for her professionalism, expertise and positive attitude, which made this a painless and pleasant experience. We will definitely return for future hair maintenance!

I went in for a silk press and got Abby as my stylist. She was really knowledgeable about hair and gave me great tips on how to fix my split ends. She really took her time with my wash and whole service. I will be back and I’m asking for Abby again. She did her thing . ASK FOR ABBY
