Honest review: I am actually so happy to come here now. The improvements to this school are so great to see. It is like someone finly heard us all. I appreciate the hard work of all the staff. Also, Mrs Nicole does things for us each to feel important and she is never too busy to talk to us. Mr T is teaching us real stuff. Tiffany is a good educator too. I would now recommend this school. Now if we can get more nice clients rh would be nice.

I am writing this review out of urgency to get adequate supplies and better support for the excellent educators who work here and pour 120% into their students every single day. Since Ms. Nicole has begun working here, she has boosted the morale completely and makes it much more exciting ( and bearable) to be at school every day. From planning community events/ beauty events to creating T-shirts so we all have awesome swag to rep our school. Ms. Tiffany and Mr. T have reformed the education environment to a much more positive and engrossed one. Our educators have decades of experience and knowledge to share with us. I am giving a five star review only because our educators and staff are five star worthy. All of our teachers pour their time and personal funds into making it manageable here. I would not still be enrolled in this school if it were not for the people who make it great. A quick search on indeed will let you know that our educators are far underpaid, yet they still choose to channel their all into making the campus better. This campus has the most diverse student population in the northern Colorado region and yet if you compare it to the other campuses within our region ( Colorado and Arizona in particular) , our campus is the most rundown and in need of repair. I cannot help but feel like this school is not a priority to corporate because of that reason. Every student enrolled here pays the same amount as the students on the more updated/ renovated campuses, ( the tuition is nearly double one full year of in-state tuition at a traditional college), and it makes it more difficult to acquire new students when other campuses with the Empire company, as well as other beauty schools in the area, have a cleaner and more organized environment, and well stocked in supplies. I love the Empire family in Aurora however we desperately need help in areas listed above.

This five star is only dedicated towards the staff and what improvements they’ve made towards the building and experience of being here. Ms. Nicole has made an a huge impact while working here, I’ve been enrolled since July of 2023 and I would have to say my experience with the building area and just the environment in general has not been up to par. Ms. Nicole has used her own personal money to buy us supplies and help change the building with things we need. The facial area was never up to par and due to that we never took any facial clients. With her help we’ve been able to make that area more presentable and easy to work with. Ms. Tiffany has also helped a lot while being here even though she comes from a different empire campus she is making changes and doing her best. Ms. Tiffany and Ms. Nicole make it more inspiring to be here. With the policies we sign there have been a number of issues and problems that have not been handled like they said they would. On top of that while being on the salon floor there have been a number of time where we don’t have enough products to get us through the week. Even a day at that, due to the lack of instruction, product knowledge, and on hand help it has been rough. The building isn’t up to code, we don’t have enough space nor staff for how much they expect us to do. The supplies repeatedly change in the kits and the ones that have been here longer than the new ones it’s not fair that they don’t supply new equipment to the senior students. Even with the help of students and staff this building remains dirty. This campus desperately needs help with building management.
