Terrible customer service from the owner. Betty Clawson, always, always initially answers the phone very rudely. She doesn’t let you say hello to her over the phone. She clearly comes in the office with an hostile voice. She also does not let you respond, she hangs up on you! I’ve called in the past and tried to schedule an appointment or just ask general questions. She immediately answers me in a snapping manner. I’ve never met this woman in person, or received her services from Dudley. She should not be anyone answering the phones if this the behavior she displays and teaches the students to be rude towards their customers. This will be fwd Better Business Bureau. This was so exhausting but necessary to express.
