Elise did an amazing job highlighting my hair! From start to finish, the experience was fantastic. She has such a great personality—welcoming, easy to talk to, and makes you feel completely comfortable in her chair. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and truly skilled at her craft; my highlights turned out beautiful and exactly what I was hoping for. As a bonus, she also does makeup, which just shows how talented and versatile she is. I highly recommend Elise to anyone looking for a top-tier stylist and a wonderful experience!

🌴 I happen to be in Tennessee from Florida visiting family and was referred to the Douglas J. Institute. My day started off with a hair cut, bonding treatment and low lights, done by a professional hair stylist, Tommy Babb. I also had a facial which was so relaxing. I was thrilled with all of it. He sure knew how to pamper me. I will be returning in January for another appointment with Tommy. This time I may surprise my husband with an appointment for him. A shave and a facial he would truly enjoy. Thank you again Tommy we will see you soon. 🌴

Jayda was absolutely amazing! She managed to tame my wacky curls, gave me the cutest bangs and the color I got is exactly what I wanted. She always does a fantastic job at explaining what shes going to be doing beforehand and during the process! She also makes sure her clients are always comfortable physically. Now, my experience was great but it might be a little unfair since we are close friends outside of her work. We shared a lot of laughs together and the conversation never goes dull! However, knowing Jayda personally I know that she treats everyone she meets as a bestie while also keeping it professional! Her vibe is wonderful and she’s easy to relax around. I’ll definitely be back and I recommend booking with her to anyone reading this! :)
