I've had 4 appointments (coloring and haircuts) over the past year and have been very impressed with the quality of work I've received and have no complaints about the results! However, a few months ago I had full head blonding and color and then a touch up last week that consisted of blonding the roots and full head color. Even though there was less work done/product used in the touchup because only the roots were blonded, the touchup service ended up being $20 more than the full head. After a few calls I was able to talk to a manager who explained that the cost of services is determined by the instructor. I would recommend the instructors develop more defined guidelines on how to bill services so that people don't end up paying more for less work/product.

I had a great experience with Daneya (Neya). She gave me a very relaxing and effective facial. I had a lot of redness and inflammation going in for the service. When she was done, so much of it cleared up and left my face feeling soft and looking glowy! Neya did a great job checking in throughout to see how I was doing with her pressure, the temperature of towels, etc. She did a great job with the massage portion too with a good amount of pressure. Neya has just started taking clients, so you better get on her books because she will fill up soon!

I have gotten a lot of really good haircuts here over the years! I had Makayla take care of my hair last week, and she gave me what might be the best layers I have ever gotten. My hair is thick & fine & a bit of a beast, so the fact that it is fluffy & bouncy & not tangling at all a full week later is a testament to her work. Super grateful!!
