My visit today was so disappointing. Call three days in advance to make appointment. Asked did they have the product was told yes. Once arrived was told the product was unavailable.Decided on another set. Took four hours was please. It was not the young lady fault that did my hair. The person at the front desk need have more knowledge of products.

I recently graduated from Charles and Sue’s, and I would send anyone that is perusing cosmetology to go here. School is honestly what you make of it; if you want to learn and take guest then you will enjoy it! There is going to be hard days, times you can’t understand, tears shed, but the educators and friendships you gain will support you. No one is perfect and we are all learning so having a supportive friend group/class will get you through school. I thank Charles and Sue’s for the friendships I have made and the hands on experience I learned.
