-000000000 !!! I sat on the phone for 1 hour no one answered, repeatedly called, no answer!! HORRIBLE. Then when I finally got someone on the line, her name was JEAN DORSEY in the nursing department.. I introduced my self, told her I was calling all morning trying to get in touch about a program & I then went on to explain what I was calling for. She went on to catch an attitude with me about no one answering the phones. I was being as nice as I could be but seems like every question I asked the more she had an attitude. She didn't want to explain nothing, everything was "GO TO THE WEBSITE". She a had a few smart remarks. I felt her energy through the phone& before I decided to spend my energy being a jackass with her , I hung up & withdrew my application immediately. This is not how you treat students. Seems like yall are getting paid to do NOTHING , but I'm Glad I dodged a bullet

None of the staff at BRCC communicates to students for financial aid or student services for classes and such. I will consistently email once every other day for a simple answer and I get nothing. I also have to take time out of my work hours to come to this facility once every week to make sure things are done which they never end up being finished or even looked at. I wish people cared about their job and students more.
