I typically don't like going to the Barber Institute because they are often rude at the front "window." I'm only there supporting a Barber I know. This last incident was a bit much for me. I had an appointment. I checked in like I usually do. A few people were waiting. If there was an issue with the appointment, communicate that upfront. I don't mind waiting. The Barber calls me back as usual, Barber. The instructor waits until I get in the chair and decides to send the man home. I, as the customer, should have never had to leave because of whatever issue you have at the facility. I also was not refunded. Mind you; it is not about $5. Be professional don't lead with your emotions.
