My name is Sophia, I proudly attended Aveda in Twin Falls for 3 programs, cosmetology, barbering, and lash technician. I have collectively done about 2150 hours at the school in technical training and plan to attend to receive my instructor certification as well because every experience at this institute has been the same for me: Without a doubt the most well rounded and up to date experience in the world of beauty schools and nothing shy of providing me with not just an education, but also the tools and acquired attributes to successfully run my businesses to this day. Currently, I can still reach out to any staff to receive help and guidance, I can still attend continuing education classes here with open arms , and further my knowledge through their extensive demos. I even have had numerous opportunities to teach students like myself here and grow as a speciality education artist and come back to my roots to enlighten others on what I have learned to help the students with new and current trends. The school not only provides every program in house, they also help provide all the tools to run a business, branch out within the brand, and also explore every avenue of the industry, commission, booth rent, or corporate right out the door. The owners and directors take immense pride in ensuring that all hours, whether it be 1600 or 2000, are covering all necessary materials, and that the majority of the hours are used in real life and hands on situations to better prepare all students in every field with any type of experience they may encounter in the industry. I will always give this school 5 stars, as the education they have given me I could never put a price on. I am a better cosmetologist, barber, lash tech, business owner, and person because of the time I spent and the knowledge I gained here. Above everything, I interviewed at 9 schools before I chose this one over ten years ago, and I would gladly do the 2000+ hours again ONLY if it was this school, their mission, and experience again and again❤️
