Massage Therapy Certification
(8-month day program | 12-month evening program)
In our Massage Therapy Program, students gain a fundamental understanding of Anatomy/Physiology and Pathology which is critical in determining when massage is appropriate for a client. Students are nurtured as they develop their basic Swedish Massage techniques and gain exposure to an entire range of specialized modalities that range from theraputic deep tissue techniques to light touch/no touch relaxation techniques.
Our Program is designed to prepare students to become entry-level Massage Therapists. This level of education enables them to sit for certification/licensure exam offered by the National Certification Board for Theraputic Massage and Bodywork or the Federation of State Massage Therapy Boards.
The American Institute locations in Clifton, NJ, Toms River, NJ, and West Hartford, CT, are Institutionally Accredited by ABHES.
