Our Toms River campus has recently added Massage Therapy to the programs available, and we're glad to bring this exciting career training to the Ocean County area. Our campus is easily accessible and is located near several major roadways, including the Garden State Parkway and U.S. Route 9.

Massage Therapy Certification

(8-month day program | 12-month evening program)

Our Massage Therapy program provides you with the foundation for understanding the muscle and soft tissues of the entire body. You can be prepared for certain certification exams that are offered by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork that are required to become an entry-level massage therapist.

According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS), the median salary for massage therapists in New Jersey in 2015 was $38,040.* Our hands-on massage therapy training can prepare you for entry level employment opportunities in a variety of settings, including clients' homes, private offices, studios, hospitals, nursing homes, fitness centers, sports medicine facilities, airports and shopping malls.

The American Institute locations in Clifton, NJ, Toms River, NJ, and West Hartford, CT, are Institutionally Accredited by ABHES.
