Dallas Skin Institute beauty school offers innovative training and products in, 750 Hour Esthetician Course, Eyelash Extensions, Permanent Makeup, Permanent Hair Removal and Microblading. Our beauty school students leave the Dallas Skin Institute with training and products prepared to immediately offer their unique services to new and existing clients.

As Dallas Skin Institute celebrates its 18th year in training, we invite you to become part of our family. Our focus is on providing a solid foundation that will prepare you for your future success. Esthetics - 750 Hours

In beautiful Dallas, Texas, Dallas Skin Institute offers you a unique Skin Care Expert training experience. You will not only learn Esthetics but leadership and momentum alongside beauty pioneers who are changing the cosmetic world. DSI provides a proven mix of classroom learning, hands-on experience, and a vibrant Beauty College community. We only accept 15 students at a time. Smaller groups, quality training. We set our students up for a life of professionalism and impact for your exciting career in Esthetology and Eyelash Extensions. All around the world our DSI Alumnus are making a difference. Cosmetology - 1,000 Hours

Cosmetologists provide personal care services that include caring for people’s hair, skin, and nails. Beauty professionals employed in the cosmetology industry include hair stylists, barbers, and estheticians, also called skin care specialists.

Permanenet Makeup - 5 Day Course

This five-day Permanent Makeup Training workshop at the Dallas Skin Institute will teach you the fundamentals of permanent cosmetics. New students learn all that’s needed to start a career in the profitable industry of permanent makeup. Gain hands-on practice with live models and practice skin. You’ll learn guidelines for sanitization, effective anesthetic techniques, intricacies of eyebrow shaping and coloring, the finer points of eyeliner application, solving lip shape concerns, color theory and pigment usage, and color mixing.

Microblading - 3 Day Course

Microblading, Eyebrow Embroidery, 3D Brows, and Feather Touch are other terms for Permanent Cosmetics. In our Microblade training, we teach this method using a manual tool, plus a small amount of pins in a straight configuration to achieve the hair-stroke illusion. The application process takes anywhere from 20-90 minutes with Microblading. The results of Microblading can last anywhere from 6 to 12 months or longer, depending on how the client cares for the treated area. The Microblading clinic is three days of extensive training with brow mapping, color theory, and practical hands-on application taught on the clinic floor.

Hair Removal - 50 Hours

The 50 hour Electrolysis Permanent Hair Removal Training provide the tools you will need to be successful immediately following graduation. We cover the history of electrolysis, the various stages and types of hair growth, pre and post care procedures, and even basics on how to set up your practice. The equipment included in the cost of the training is professional grade and includes everything required to begin practicing immediately. During your hair removal training you will receive an introduction to the equipment and apply what you have learned through hands on training using live models. Eyelash Extension - 320 Hours

At Dallas Skin Institute we offer a 320-Hour Eyelash Extension Training that will give you all the skills and tools you need to start a career in the lucrative industry of Classic and Volume eyelash extension application. The Eyelash Extension Training class starts with eyelash application theory and technique and then, after you’ve mastered practicing application on a mannequin, you will apply lashes on live models with guidelines for safety and sanitation under Texas Department of State Health Services standards. During this course you will learn effective application techniques, the intricacies of eye shape and lash growth, different styles of Classic and Volume (3-D) eyelash application, utilization of various sizes and lengths in eyelash extensions, lash theory and proper product usage, lash interchanging, fills and lash extension removal, mistake correction and more.
