Elaine Sterling like any schools may have their problems but they take the time to understand and assess the problems. I came with absolutely no hair experience and now I am able to do some much more. The teachers are great! A big shout out to Mrs.D ! She really cares for her students to not only to graduate but to understand what we need to learn.

I had an amazing massage service with Asia?/Angel? (didn't quite make out her name). She was attentive and gave a great, personalized massage tailored to my injuries and needs. I have been to ESI about five times now for both massages and facials and I find for the most part the students are consistent in their service quality across the board. You will likely have to share a service room with another client receiving a service, but they always have curtains fully drawn between clients. The room was comfortable and the easy jazz today was relaxing and a refreshing change from the usual massage suite music. Definitely will come back again!
