Recently graduated from Crave and my Nail Instructor was Ms. Boone! I loved having her as a teacher, she is very knowledgeable and was able to answer my many (sometimes stubborn) questions. I love that she challenged me to do my best, even when I doubted myself under the pressure of all my assignments. Ms. Boone believed in me and even convinced me to enter in a Nail competition. I hope I've made her proud :)

My stylist was an absolute angel and fought for what I wanted to do with my hair (And what I always get done in my salon back home). The lady who runs the front desk and who is a pro stylist that has short blue hair was very very rude to me and my stylist and was telling me that I couldn’t do what I wanted and what I get done every time and then I had to do it the way that she wants to do it. after talking with my stylist, she then grabbed another pro stylist who allowed her to do what I wanted to do To my own hair. The lady with the blue hair, then was rude to me, and my stylist the rest of the appointment. She has also been very rude to my friend at her appointment who is getting the same thing as me and is now being up, charged way more than I was charged for the same thing and same amount of extra product. You should want to do what makes your client happy and what they want . Customer service for her was an all-time low and I’m not going back because of her which is sad because the stylist are so sweet and good at what they do.
