I have called and had multiple meetings with enrollment and financial aid just so the person I am talking to can say I am 100% ready to go and the next day I receive multiple emails letting me know I am not okay, that I am missing multiple Items? Why was that not explained any any of these phone calls or meetings? Currently on the phone again being told they haven't received a one page form that I have been sending them for weeks. I have submitted this one page form 6 different times. I have emailed it I have uploaded it I have taken it in person and somehow being told they dont have the paper and haven't done anything on my account. But magically they found it once I started giving dates and times of the emails and started asking to speak with a higher up or manager?
