I asked for a highlight with a darker color to cover the gray. They put a toner on it which I told them I didn't want, anyway my hair wasn't highlighted it was all the same color. Then the cost was $100. I won't go back. They also speak Spanish where you can't understand them unless you speak Spanish. Not a good experience.
